Peter was a risk taker, impetuous Peter. In our quest to walk on water:
1. We have observed the STORM on the water.
2. We have observed the SAVIOR on the water.
3. Let's conclude this lesson by observing the SAINT on the water.
Peter stepped out on the WATER. "Jesus, if it's you, tell me to come walking on the water." Jesus looked at him and said one word, "Come,' He said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus (Math.14:28-29)." Peter stepped out on the WORD. Jesus looked at him and said one word, "Come" . Peter did not step out of the boat until he got a word from Jesus. When you are in a storm the best thing in the world to do is get as close to Jesus as you can. Fear sees God through our circumstances. Faith sees our circumstances through God. A defeat that leaves you humble is better than a victory that leaves you proud. Get out of the boat and walk on the water.
