"Happy are those who mourn, for they will be comforted (Math 5:4)." There is a difference between mourning and moaning. Mourning is a legitimate grief. Moaning is have a 'poor me' attitude and a pity party. Here are some of the options that you can do with your hurt:
You Can Repress It. This means you push it down, you swallow it. This is unhealthy.
You Can Rehearse it. This means you keep playing it back and forth in your mind.
You Can Resent it. This turns into bitterness
You Can Release it. Let God handle it, trust him
