Suffering is a lot like fishing, if you know that the time spent is not going to be in vain, you will stay at it. Especially when you've seen the prize. This week we are going to look at the insights on suffering. "Record my lament; list my tears on your scroll - are they not in your record (Psalms 56:8)." Every tear we shed, God puts it in a jar. He knows everytime we cry. When you go through suffering it makes an impact on you. Thomas A. Kempis says in The Imitation of Christ, "It is good for us to encounter troubles and adversities from time to time, for trouble often compels a man to search his own heart. It reminds him that he is in exile here." God knows everytime you hurt. He never waste a hurt.
