Sometimes God brings people into our lives who are hard to love. "Love is not rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and love keeps no record of when it has been wronged (1 Cor. 13:5)."
Let's look at 4 Marks of Real Love: Love Is Not Rude So...
1. You must be tactful, not just truthful. People with tact have less to retract. "Answering before listening is both stupid and rude (Prov.18:13)." "Stop being bitter and angry and mad at others. Don't yell at one another or curse each other or ever be rude. Instead, be kind and merciful, and forgive others, just as God forgave you because of Christ (Ephes.4:31-32)." Sometimes frankness is just rudeness. "A wise, mature person is known for his understanding. The more pleasant his words, the more persuasive he is (Prov. 16:21)."
