We've observed the Storm on the Water, we've observed the Savior on the Water, so as we close this lesson out we are going to observe the Saint on the Water. In Math.14:28-29 it talks about Peter stepping out on the water. When you are in a storm the best thing in the world to do is get as close to Jesus as you can. Peter also stepped out on the word, "..Jesus looked at him and said one word, 'Come (Math.14:29).'" Peter also stepped out of line, "But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and began to sink (Math.14:30)." The failure was good for Peter, he would have got back in the boat gloating. A defeat that leaves you humble is better than a victory that leaves you proud. "And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. Then those who were in the boat worshiped Him (Math.14:32)." When the winds stopped, worship started. Fear sees God through our circumstances. Faith sees our circumstances through God.
